It is our goal to provide you with the best customer service. Due to limitations from our partners we have to follow certain rules related to product returns.
We accept items for refunds only within 30 days from transaction date. When returning, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Items without any Return Authorization will be refused at our warehouse.
Items returned must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Final Sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for Refunds.
Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on high-end items.
VILLAGE MART will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible.
Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the refund has been completed. Typical refund process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.
