We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. Items must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and have all original tags attached.
Email us at CS@VILLAGEMART.COM within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line. Ship your item (at your own cost) to 199 S Mt Pleasant Rd, Collierville, TN 38017. Once we inspect the item, we’ll refund the product price back to your original payment method—shipping charges are non‑refundable. Refunds typically post within 2–3 business days, though it may vary by bank.
You do. The customer is responsible for purchasing the return label. If the return meets our policy, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the original shipping fees.
Orders placed before 12 pm CST ship the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
All domestic orders ship via UPS 3–5 Business Day service. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. We also ship internationally using USPS or DHL; we’ll choose the fastest option based on the rate you select. Please note we can’t offer free international shipping.
