SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address & Verification
Please ensure the shipping address you enter is accurate and matches the address associated with your payment method. Orders processed with incorrect or mismatched addresses may be delayed or declined.
Address Changes
Once your payment has been confirmed and the order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. If you provided the wrong address, we may be able to cancel the order while it’s unfulfilled — after that, you would need to place a new order with the correct address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address you provided, we don’t assume liability for lost items or extra fees, and no refund will be issued in that case.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 pm CST will be fulfilled and shipped the same day. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional campaigns, order processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are processed as above, and then shipped via our chosen carrier to arrive as quickly and reliably as possible. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility shifts to the carrier. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website or tracking portal.
Stolen or Missing Packages
If the tracking shows the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, the carrier must be contacted directly to file a claim. We’re unable to issue a refund for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received by you. Please provide a secure shipping address or choose a delivery location where your package can safely be left.
Returns – Return to Sender (RTS) Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was rejected, undeliverable, or otherwise marked RTS, we will refund the cost of the items themselves, but shipping fees and any shipping protection charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Delays Due to Holidays or Promotions
During high-volume periods (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday, major sales or holidays), courier services may experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
