REFUND POLICY

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR VILLAGEMART.COM MERCHANDISE.

We accept returns for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in the same condition you received them with no signs of wear with the tags still attached. 

Refunds: Return items must be sent back in the same condition you received them with no signs of wear with the tags attached. If it’s been less than 14 days since you received your order and want a refund please email CS@VILLAGEMART.COM and include your order number in the subject line. All returns must be shipped to 4130 SENATOR ST MEMPHIS, TN 38118. The customer covers the cost for a return label when shipping your order back to us. Once the item is received and it’s inspected we’ll refund the money back to the form of payment you used. Note only the cost of the item is refunded back the shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds usually take 2-3 business days to post or depending on your bank.
