Exchange & Refund Policy

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR VILLAGEMART.COM MERCHANDISE.

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the shipment date of your order to request a return.
  • Item Condition: Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances, swimwear, or undergarments.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, exchanges or store credits are processed within 3 business days after inspection.

Store Credit & Exchanges

After your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit or exchange for the full cost of the returned item (excluding shipping fees).

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure your package arrives safely. If your return shipment is lost in transit, please contact the courier to file a claim, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Exchanges or store credits cannot be issued for items we do not receive.
  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it free of charge.
