Choose the order and items you'd like to return or exchange.

Request Return

Submit your return request and follow the shipping instructions.

A $9.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of shipment.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, exchanges or store credits are processed within 3 business days after inspection.

Store Credit & Exchanges

We'll issue a store credit or exchange for the full cost of the returned item, excluding shipping fees.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges or store credits cannot be issued for items we do not receive.

Defective Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll replace it free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible.
