Return Conditions
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the shipment date of your order to request a return.
- Item Condition: Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances, swimwear, or undergarments.
- Return Shipping Fee: A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.

Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, exchanges or store credits are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Store Credit & Exchanges
After your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a store credit or exchange for the full cost of the returned item (excluding shipping fees).
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure your package arrives safely. If your return shipment is lost in transit, please contact the courier to file a claim, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Exchanges or store credits cannot be issued for items we do not receive.
- If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it free of charge.
