1. Go to Your Account: The entire process begins in your personal customer account on our website.2. Initiate the Return: Find your recent orders and select the option to start a return. You have 14 days from the day you received the package to do this.

You do. The customer is responsible for purchasing the return label. If the return meets our policy, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the original shipping fees.

Orders placed before 16 pm CST ship the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

All domestic orders ship via UPS 3–5 Business Day service. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. We also ship internationally using USPS or DHL; we’ll choose the fastest option based on the rate you select. Please note we can’t offer free international shipping.
