1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Village Mart and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: January 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET through January 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
There are two (2) ways to earn entries:
- Entry Method 1: Submit your email address at villagemart.com/giveaway (1 entry)
- Entry Method 2: Reply to the confirmation email sent after entry (1 additional entry)
Maximum 2 entries per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $250 Village Mart gift card (delivered as digital code via email). Gift card has no cash value, is non-transferable, and expires 12 months from issue date. No substitutions allowed.
5. WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected via random drawing on or about January 13, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of drawing. The winner must respond within 5 days and provide any requested information to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from Village Mart. You may unsubscribe at any time. Village Mart is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or emails.
